Judgment in joint enterprise appeal

Judgment in joint enterprise appeal

Supreme Court

by Catarina Sjolin and Felicity Gerry QC

The Supreme Court gave judgment in the joint enterprise appeal of Jogee in February, changing the law following the submissions we made on behalf of Ameen Jogee (supported by counsel for Ruddock, the appellant in the Privy Council appeal which was heard at the same time).

You can read about what we submitted to the court in the previous blog posts:

The full judgment, as well as summaries and video of the handing down of the judgment are available from the Supreme Court website. There will also be case comment in the forthcoming issue of the Nottingham Law Journal.
