What’s your best digital habit?

Keeping a tidy inbox? Knowing when to switch off your devices?
And what about your worst? – Don’t worry I’m not going to ask!
But if you’re keen to know what your real digital strengths are and how else you might improve your digital skills and behaviours then the Digital Practice team can help.

Introducing the Jisc Discovery Tool

We’re piloting the latest version of the Jisc Discovery tool which provides an opportunity to help you explore your own digital skills and behaviours and get some advice and online development about what you can do to improve.

Why are we piloting this tool?

We’re keen to explore whether this tool is useful for helping people get a better picture of their current digital capabilities and if they would find the online development available through the tool of benefit. We’re especially keen to see if it would be useful to introduce the tool as part of our work on digital induction. Is it helpful to get a sense of where you are as you start in a new role?

Keen to have a go?

It’s really straightforward. Login to the Digital Framework Learning room on NOW and follow the instructions for taking a self-assessment.

You can also find further information about Jisc’s pilot of the tool on this blog post.
