Using cell comments in Excel (14)

We’ve made a couple of posts about using Microsoft Sway to create interesting and visual presentations/digital stories.  If you use Microsoft Sway to create interactive learning packages or flipped resources you might be interested to know that it’s easy to embed a Microsoft Form into your Sway.

How to embed a Microsoft Form in your Sway

First create your Form in Microsoft Forms. You can find out how to do this in our post.

Navigate to Sway.  Click on the + icon to add a new card

Select Media, then Embed

toolbar

Go to Microsoft Forms, open the Form you want to embed and then click the green Share button.

Then click the embed icon and copy the embed link.

Then paste the embed code onto your Sway card.

Sway viewers will be able to answer your Form questions without leaving the Sway, and you’ll be able to view and download their responses in Forms.
